Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 — no code needed, the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages Goldie & Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will do our best to assist you.
