Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Goldie & Co.! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your canvas.

Free shipping on every order — no minimum, no code needed, with tracking on every package.

Where we ship: the United States and Canada.

Production time: every canvas is made to order, just for you, in 7–10 business days. Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays, and we'll email you if there's ever a significant delay.

Delivery: most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of ordering. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, but you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your canvas ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Lost or damaged in transit: if your package goes missing or your canvas arrives damaged, tell us and we'll make it right. Email admin@justgoldie.store with your order number — and a quick photo, if it's damage — ideally within 30 days of delivery, or within about a month of ordering for a package that never arrived, so we can investigate with the carrier while the trail is fresh.

Address accuracy: your canvas ships straight to the address you enter at checkout and can't be re-routed once it's on its way — please double-check it before completing your order.
